O’Hare Corporate Towers Parking Garages

Construction of two parking garages, a 3-level and 4-level totaling 225,000 sf and a total of 700-spaces. McHugh provided design-build services for these parking facilities, which allowed for greater control of scheduling and budgeting.

This resulted in the garages being completed several weeks ahead of schedule and significantly under budget. The project’s early completion provided a decrease expenditure for the owner’s supplemental parking arrangements.
