West Loop Self-Park

Construction of a 1,675-space, 500,000-square-foot parking facility with 5,000 sf of ground floor retail space. The 6-story structure has an exposed architectural steel curtain wall. The structure consists of a post-tensioned supported slab system with column spans of almost 60 feet.

West Loop Self-Park was the largest parking structure in the downtown area at the time of construction. McHugh completed this project in 12 months, two months ahead of schedule.
