Wood Street Parking Garage

A nine story, 450,000 sf, cast-in-place, post-tensioned parking structure with a 1,300-car capacity. The structure contains a fully encapsulated post-tensioning system utilizing 0.60” diameter tendons, the first application of its kind for a new parking structure in the City of Chicago.

The structure progressed two months ahead of the required project schedule due to the placement of more than 25,000 sf of supported slabs per week.
