The Arc at Old Colony
One of Chicago’s famous early skyscrapers, the Old Colony Building was the tallest at the time it was built in 1894. Designed and constructed as an office building, the structure was places on the National Register of Historic Places in 1976.
The redevelopment and modernization of the structure included ground level retail with 16 stories of apartment-style shared residences.
