East Bank Club

James McHugh Construction Co. completed an 8,000-square-foot expansion at the East Bank Club at 500 N. Kingsbury St. in Chicago, adding a 70-bike cycling studio and a members-only coworking space on a newly constructed mezzanine level.

The $6.9-million, 14-month project also included transformation of existing space under the mezzanine into a new free weight room; updates to the club’s cardio room; and construction of a new floating staircase leading to the mezzanine.
