The project consists of the adaptive reuse of a 48,000 square foot building in Chicago Illinois, that once housed offices and research laboratories for L’Oreal USA into residences. The 6-story building includes 43 apartments ranging from 500 to 1,100 square-feet and will have retail space on the ground floor.
