E2 Apartments

E2 is one of the largest apartment projects built in Evanston in several years. The development comprises a 14-story tower and 16-story tower with 353 units, and 12 ground level town homes. The towers are connected by a base structure that includes indoor parking for 353 vehicles and an amenity deck with pool. E2 is LEED Silver certified.
