ARC at Old Colony

Originally designed and constructed as an office building, the Old Colony Building was the tallest building in Chicago at the time it was built in 1894. In 1976, the structure was placed on the National Register of Historic Places. The redevelopment and modernization of the structure included ground level retail with 16 stories of apartment-style shared residences.
