Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile

The first phase of the project included the renovation of the hotel’s top six floors including both typical guestrooms and specialty suites – 150 room in total. The rooms were completely gutted with new ceilings installed as well as new wall coverings, carpet, and custom built-in modular furniture. The guest baths were also updated with existing tubs removed and showers installed. The public corridors on the six floors received new paint, carpet, and light fixtures. All work was performed while the hotel remained in operation.
