McHugh Construction starts renovation at Prairie Shores

RE Journals – While the new clubhouse will be the focal point of the re-imagining of Prairie Shores, updates to apartments are getting underway featuring new cabinetry, appliances and flooring. More than 50 units were modernized by the previous owner and are fully leased. And, in partnership with contractor McHugh Construction, which is overseeing the apartment renovations, the team expects the workforce to include significant participation from minority- and women-owned business enterprises.
