    Nine-story, 200-unit rental development with 12,000 sf of ground-floor retail space, and off-street parking for 22 cars and 178 bicycles in Uptown
  • Ogden Commons Phase II
    350 mixed-income residences built by McHugh BOWA JV with Phase II on track to break ground this year 
  • Rockford Ice Hogs 
    Locker Rooms
    Continuing our relationship with the Chicago Blackhawks, McHugh has been tapped to renovate the locker rooms of the newly acquired minor league hockey franchise
  • 43 Green
    10-story mixed-use development with 99 units, 50 of the units designated as affordable and the remaining 49 units as market rate
  • 1000M
    805 ft tall condo tower stopped construction during pandemic but will restart as apartments later this year or early 2022
  • Ramova Theater
    Renovations of the historic theater into a new music venue, including two adjacent properties that will include adding a new brewery and 
    restaurant space
