West End Residential

West End Residences is a 25-story, 500,000 sf mixed-use residential building in Nashville’s Midtown. The residential tower will include 358 apartments, 420 parking spaces, 6,500 sf of ground level retail space and two amenity floors. The sixth floor will give residents access to a fitness center, self-programmable yoga suite, sound attenuated listening lounge, and a dog run complete with a washing station.

The rooftop amenity space will include a stainless steel pool and pool lounge, hot tub, fire pits and a party lounge with a full kitchen. In addition to general contracting services, McHugh is self-performing cast-in-place concrete as well as design-build services to deliver the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems.
