UPRR UPDS Transload Expansion

McHugh is constructing Phase 2 of the Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR) UPDS Transload Expansion project in Odessa, Texas. The 100-acre expansion of the existing rail yard includes excavation and grading, site utilities, site electric, yard buildings, structural concrete, paving, and 30,000 feet of new track.
