McHugh Construction built the Offshore Rooftop Venue, the nation’s largest rooftop venue, which is located on the top level of Navy Pier’s Festival Hall. The rooftop venue which was recently recognized by the Guinness Book of World Records as the largest rooftop bar. The 36,000 sf all-season, all-weather venue offers unmatched views of Lake Michigan and the Chicago skyline, providing a completely unique perspective not found anywhere else.

The venue offers patrons a full-service bar and world-class kitchen, with a 20,000 sf terrace, along with seven cozy fire pits, an entertainment and gaming area, and multiple large gathering spaces for social and corporate events, and weddings.
