LPM Apartments

Rising in the historic Loring Park neighborhood of Minneapolis is LPM Apartments, a 36-story multi-use high rise. The tower will contain 354 rental units, including studios and one to three bedroom residences with condo-quality finishes. Over 41,000 sf of amenity space will feature a fitness center, lap pool, hot tub, sauna and steam rooms, media and game room, resident lounge, business center, bicycle storage and a private in-building dog run with washing station. The exterior landscaped deck will include a splash pool, hot tub, fire pits, grills and lounge areas.

LPM is designed to achieve LEED Silver certification. McHugh is constructing the high rise as part of a joint venture with Minneapolis-based Adolfson & Peterson Construction.
