Hyatt Chicago Magnificent Mile

Making our mark in Chicago’s ritziest neighborhood, McHugh performed a large-scale renovation at the Hyatt Chicago Magnificent Mile (formerly the Wyndham) for owner Sunstone Hotels. Virtually the entire facility received a dramatic refurbishment including the 419 guest rooms, meeting and banquet space, the lobby, the indoor pool, and fitness center. And on the second floor is Level 2, the hotel’s signature restaurant. A completely reoriented check-in area welcomes guests along with the new restaurant lounge and seating areas, which are all redone with new furniture, artwork, and flooring.

Each of the guestrooms features a contemporary palette and includes new carpeting, wall coverings, drapery, over-sized desks, and entertainment centers. Renovations to the hotel’s 14 meeting rooms and Grand Ballroom include new carpeting and sculptural light fixtures and drapery.
