Harper Court

Billed as an ultimate one-stop destination, Harper Court offers over a million square feet of retail, commercial and residential real estate to the heart of Chicago’s Hyde Park neighborhood.

McHugh constructed a 12-story office tower atop a 3-story pedestal that combines 165,000 sf of Class A office space with 95,000 sf of retail space and 225 structured parking spots. All office space is leased to the University of Chicago.

Harper Court is a model of sustainable design and construction. The project is anticipated to be the first in the U.S. to combine four LEED certifications. It has already received LEED for Neighborhood Development Gold and LEED Gold for Core & Shell on the retail, office, and parking improvements.
