McHugh Construction Names Tina Paries as General Counsel

McHugh is pleased to welcome Tina Paries as our new General Counsel. With more than 20 years of experience in the legal field focusing on the construction industry, Tina will oversee our legal and compliance functions. Tina’s responsibilities will include negotiating client contracts, vendor and supplier agreements, federal and state compliance matters, and labor negotiations.

Tina has an outstanding track record when it comes to the latest issues impacting construction, and she is well-versed on a variety of construction and real estate business issues, from contract law to mechanics’ liens to construction management, insurance coverage and sustainable building projects. She was rated an Illinois Super Lawyer in Construction Law in 2020, 2021, and 2022. We are excited to have Tina aboard!
