McHugh Construction, Brown & Momen Complete South Side Multifamily

ConnectCRE – Chicago-based McHugh Construction and its joint venture partner Brown & Momen, a minority-owned business enterprise, have completed the $24.3-million construction of 508 Pershing at Oakwood Shores, a four-story, 53-unit affordable apartment development in Chicago’s Bronzeville neighborhood. Developed by The Community Builders (TCB), the mixed-use, mixed-income building is part of the larger Oakwood Shores revitalization plan.
