McHugh Construction completes Renelle on the River

RE Journals – Belgravia Group has released nine residences for immediate move-in at Renelle on the River, the developer’s 18-story, 50-unit luxury condominium building nestled along the Chicago River and immediately west of the iconic Wrigley Building.

The nine homes, which range in size from 2,249 to 3,434 square feet and are located on floors 3 through 10, are priced from $1,395,900 to $2,495,000. Located at 403 N. Wabash Ave., Renelle on the River was designed as a glass tower by bKL Architects to maximize views of the Chicago River from all residential units. McHugh Construction served as the general contractor.
