University of Chicago Parking Structure

McHugh provided design-build services for this six-level parking structure with 1,070 parking spaces, which also houses a bowling alley and offices for three University of Chicago departments. McHugh also managed the interior build-out for the University Real Estate office. The garage incorporates many architectural details, such as a glass curtainwall stairwell and extensive masonry work, rarely found in parking structures.
