Hubbard Place

McHugh’s latest addition to the River North neighborhood is Hubbard Place, a 43-story apartment tower with 450 residences and an adjacent 8-story parking garage that accommodate 520 vehicles.  The building features a rooftop deck with pool, outdoor kitchen, fire pit with seating areas, and fitness center. Hubbard Place is LEED Silver certified.
