At 11 stories and over 320,000 square feet, Elevate will include over 190 luxury apartments ranging from studios to three-bedroom units as well as a dozen penthouses. The designated transit-oriented development (TOD) will provide secured parking for 130 vehicles and 15,000 square feet of ground floor retail along Lincoln Avenue. The “horseshoe” shaped building features extensive amenities on a raised courtyard and on the rooftop including a pool, cabanas, grilling stations and firepit, fitness center and yoga room, dog run, and walking path.
