The SoBro

Currently one of Nashville’s tallest buildings, McHugh constructed the 34-story apartment tower which includes 313 units ranging from studios to two bedrooms, structured parking for 500 vehicles, 20,000 sf of commercial space, and 20,000 sf of amenity space on an elevated level.

The building is designed to achieve a LEED Silver rating.
