Wolf Point West

At 493 feet, Wolf Point West rises 48 stories and is situated on Wolf Point at the convergence of the north, south, and main branches of the Chicago River. Where once stood Chicago’s first general store in the late 1820s, this 570,000 sf luxury condominium structure features unrivaled views of the skyline, river and Lake Michigan. Partnered with Clark Construction, McHugh built the first structure to go up as part of the mixed-use master plan developed by Pelli Clarke Pelli. The glass-façade tower includes 510 units, extensive interior and exterior amenity spaces, and a below-grade parking garage for 485 vehicles. Wolf Point West is certified LEED Silver.
