At 493 feet, the Wolf Point West Tower will rise 48 stories and will be situated on Wolf Point at the convergence of the north, south, and main branches of the Chicago River. Where once stood Chicago’s first general store in the late 1820s, this 570,000 sf luxury condominium structure will feature unrivaled views of the skyline, river and Lake Michigan.
Partnered with Clark Construction, McHugh will build the West Tower, the first structure to go up as part of the mixed-use master plan developed by Pelli Clarke Pelli. The glass-façade tower will include 510 units, extensive interior and exterior amenity spaces, and a below-grade North Parking garage for 485 vehicles.
Wolf Point West Tower is designed to achieve LEED Silver certification.
