The Ability Institute of RIC



McHugh is providing concrete services on the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago's new state of the art facility in the Streeterville neighborhood. Named the Ability Institute of RIC, the 1.2 million square foot structure will rise 27 stories. An 8-story cast in place parking garage will be topped by a structural steel tower comprised of concrete fill on metal deck up to level 27. McHugh will be working with Power Construction (GC) and design partners HDR and Gensler.
